Here's how you can creatively market commercial properties as a property manager.
Start by leveraging the clients you already have. This technique can be applied in several ways—for example, asking your current and previous tenants to recommend you to other players in their industry or their partners. If they’re renting your space, chances are they know someone who could too.
One of my favorite tactics is integrating this referral strategy with social media.
For example, if you have a tenant with active Instagram or LinkedIn pages, run "tenant spotlight" campaigns. Reels, photos, or short interview-style videos highlighting their business not only help your tenant but also market your building.
Collaborative content boosts engagement for your tenants' socials while giving your properties organic visibility.
