Team Growth and gratitude

This one is definitely a moment to toot my own horn, but it's also one of gratitude—and hopefully, a visualization and manifestation (or something I’m speaking into existence) for the team and individuals I work with.

Despite being a small team navigating so much both in life and in business, over the past few weeks, they’ve shown a level of maturity and growth that I can’t take for granted. It’s an honor to work alongside movers—people who are constantly challenging themselves, unafraid of tough conversations, and always thinking about how to improve not just the company, but themselves and the people around them.

To the team: Hard work has never been a guarantee for success, but one thing lazy work, sloppy work, lack of growth, and no improvement have always been—a guarantee of failure. The future isn’t certain, but that’s the exciting part. Never settle. Keep thinking, growing, and thriving.
